There is no way to cancel an order once it ships. Exchange requests for a different model, or no longer need/want requests are possible as long as the item is not opened. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for items that are opened. Exchanges or cancellations of orders might result in a shipping charge due to the high cost to ship this item.
