Refund process begins after we have completed the evaluation of your returned product. We will send you an email notification once return examination is completed.
If your canceled order is prepaid, we will proceed with the refund within 5 days and notify you. Your refund will be debited to your KreziCart credit balance. You can either use the store credit to make a new purchase or withdraw it into a bank account or PayPal.
Your refund will be processed directly into the same payment method you used to pay. After the refund has been processed by KreziCart. It may take up 5 – 10 business days to credit the refund amount to your account
