What is the difference between a locked product and a deactivated product?
When you breach our product guidelines, we might lock it or deativate it.
Locked product: Not available in marketplace and Can’t be modify. Product doesn’t follow our guidelines. Contact us so we can unlock.
Deactivated product: Product is inactive in marketplace. Buyer can’t buy. There’s errors on it that needs to be fixed. Contact Us to activate it back.
